The story
Christian Lazarow spent ten years in San Antonio roofing. That decade taught him how roofs fail in this climate, how to tell a real repair from an unnecessary replacement, and exactly what kind of roofing company he wanted to run.
So he built it. Perfect Balance Roofing is family-owned and based in Bulverde: Haag Certified inspections on every roof, operations run in-house, and installation crews held to a master installer's standard.
The name is the promise. There's a balance between what a roofing company wants to sell you and what your roof needs. We stay on the right side of it: repairs first, replacement when the evidence says so, and photos of what we found either way so you can hold us to it.

Christian spent a decade learning San Antonio roofing inside out before opening Perfect Balance Roofing in Bulverde. He still personally trains on the standard every inspection follows: attic to ridge, photographed, with a straight answer on repair versus replacement.
Family-owned isn't a marketing line here. Christian's wife Kayla runs operations, and the kids are part of it too (that's the whole family at our grand opening). This is a local Bulverde shop, not a national brand routing your roof through an out-of-town call center.
