Every inspection, performed by a Haag Certified Inspector

Our certified inspectors conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify potential vulnerabilities before they escalate. Detailed documentation and transparent reporting empower you to make informed decisions about maintenance, repairs, or replacement.

What Haag certification means for you

Haag certification is rare: out of the thousands of roofers working Texas, only around 30 are Haag Certified to inspect roofs, and Christian is one of them. Haag training is the industry standard for storm damage assessment, the methodology adjusters themselves train on. A Haag-certified report distinguishes real storm damage from ordinary wear, documents it the way carriers expect, and holds up when your claim gets reviewed. It cuts the other way too: if the damage doesn't justify a claim, you'll hear that before anything touches your record.

The attic is part of the roof

A real inspection doesn't stop at the shingles. We check decking from below, look for the early moisture signs a drive-by skips, and evaluate ventilation, because Texas attics hit 140 degrees and balanced ventilation is a condition of most shingle warranties.

Wind damage hides in plain sight

After the March 2026 wind event, inspections across Bexar County turned up lifted and creased shingles on homes that looked untouched from the street. A creased shingle has lost its seal and will leak on its own schedule. That's the kind of find an inspection exists for.

The inspection is free and the report is yours either way.

What is a Haag Certified Inspector?

Haag certification is the roofing industry's most recognized training for identifying and documenting storm damage; it's the same damage-assessment methodology many insurance adjusters train on. When a Haag Certified Inspector documents your roof, the report speaks the adjuster's language, which means fewer disputes over what is and isn't storm damage. Every Perfect Balance Roofing inspection is performed by a Haag Certified Inspector.
