A roof inspection is a documented attic-to-ridge evaluation of your whole roof system, and ours are free and always performed by a Haag Certified Inspector. You get photos of what we find and a straight recommendation: a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all.
What Haag certification means for you
Haag certification is rare: out of the thousands of roofers working Texas, only around 30 are Haag Certified to inspect roofs, and Christian is one of them. Haag training is the industry standard for storm damage assessment. A Haag-certified report tells real storm damage apart from ordinary wear and documents exactly what shape your roof is in, with photos. It cuts both ways: if the roof is fine or the damage is minor, you'll hear that straight, before you spend a dollar.
The attic is part of the roof
A real inspection doesn't stop at the shingles. We check decking from below, look for the early moisture signs a drive-by skips, and evaluate ventilation, because Texas attics hit 140 degrees and balanced ventilation is a condition of most shingle warranties.
Wind damage hides in plain sight
After the March 2026 wind event, inspections across Bexar County turned up lifted and creased shingles on homes that looked untouched from the street. A creased shingle has lost its seal and will leak on its own schedule. That's the kind of find an inspection exists for.
