Do you repair roofs, or do you only do full replacements?
We repair roofs first and only recommend replacement when it's needed. Most roofing problems in San Antonio can be fixed for a fraction of replacement cost, and we'll tell you plainly which situation you're in. How do I know if my roof needs repair or full replacement?
If damage is limited to one area (a leak, missing shingles, failed flashing) a repair usually solves it; if failures are widespread, the decking is compromised, or the roof is at the end of its lifespan, replacement makes more sense. The only real way to know is an inspection that includes the attic, and we do that inspection free, with photos of exactly what we found, so the decision is yours, made with real information.
How much does roof repair cost in San Antonio?
Most repairs cost a small fraction of a full replacement. The exact number depends on what failed and how far water traveled, which is why we inspect before we quote: a pipe boot is a different job from a section of storm-damaged decking. When more than one fix would work, we quote options at different price points, because not all repairs are the same.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Usually a matter of days, and you get the realistic schedule in writing before work starts. Timing depends on the size of the home, the material (tile and metal take longer than shingle), and what the tear-off reveals underneath. Most repairs are done in a single visit.

Hail season in the San Antonio area runs roughly March through June, with the most severe storms typically in April and May; 2025 set a local record with 23 hail days. Fall storms happen too (Comal County took significant wind and hail in October 2025), so damage isn't limited to spring. The best move is an inspection before storm season, so small problems don't become big ones when the weather hits.
How do I know if my roof has hail damage?
You usually can't tell from the ground. Hail bruises shingles and knocks off granules in ways that aren't visible from your driveway but shorten your roof's life and can void manufacturer warranties. You get a walkthrough of what we found, with photos, and a straight answer: fix it, watch it, or replace it, even when the answer is "your roof is fine." We'd rather earn your trust for the day you do need us than pressure you into work you don't.
Do you offer financing for roof repairs and replacements?
Yes. We offer financing through Acorn Finance, which lets qualified homeowners spread the cost of a repair or replacement into monthly payments. If cost is the reason you're delaying a repair, ask us; a financed repair now is almost always cheaper than the water damage later.

We serve San Antonio, Bulverde, and the Texas Hill Country, roughly a 60-mile radius covering Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, and surrounding counties.
